We should not neglect the almajiri because they are also human beings like us. Government is putting up strong mechanism to ensure enforcement of the street begging ban. Mobile Courts will be set up to try violators. Adults would be prosecuted while the children will be taken back to their parents who will prosecuted whether they are in the state or not. Some of the children don’t know there parents take them to another state beg all in the name of studying ‘makaranta Allo’ ..it is very bad and painful seeing young children begging on the street, while there parents are there living well, eating regularly, sleeping well without thinking about there own children….
